The company also received a $2 million refinancing of commercial real estate debt, according to a news release.

Miami-based ACM Capital Partners, a national turnaround and restructuring firm specializing in middle market companies, assisted Advanced Roofing and sister company Advanced Green Technologies. The new funding also includes growth capital.

According to the news release from ACM, the new facility allows AGT to “exit a stale banking relationship which had reduced the company’s liquidity, saving more than $150,000 in annual interest.”

Rob Kornahrens, Advanced Roofing CEO, said the new financing helps the company during a time when it sees growing demand in re-roofing and for solar panels.

“This new loan facility adds to ACM’s total refinancing transactions, which now exceed $840 million,” said Jim Martin, ACM’s founder and managing partner. “We’re proud of our role in this area and continue to seek opportunities to help both debtors and creditors navigate through this tough economic environment.”
