Please help to answer the question about license roofing contractorHome Inspector and Roof Insepctor?
Hi, I recently purchased a home in November 08. The A/C has had to be replaced and the roof now has to be replaced. I pretty much think my inspector did a bad job, wouldn't ya say?

The inspector said my roof was from 1985 and that it would be fine for at least another 15 years. Before I bought the house I noticed a small leak in the garage. My inspector / licensed roofing contractor said it was from a sideways wind and came in through a vent on side of house and shouldn't be a problem. I then included in my contract for the home that a licensed roofer had to repair it before closing. The repair was made by whom I don't know, but my "inspector" came out and said it was fine. Since he is a licensed roofing contractor, it was approved.

Now I have to replace the roof due to the leak and the old age of the roof.

Now for the A/C the inspector said just clean out the system inside and it would be fine. Upon our first month of having to use a/c the system failed. Seemed like it was pumped full of freon before selling the house and the inspector looked right over this to.

Is there anything i can do?

I'm too tired to go into all the reasons these "scientific facts" are ignorant beyond belief. So, I'll simply leave this thought for you.

The bulk of "experts" in your essay are medical doctors, not historians. Most historians are aware of the vast knowledge of the Egyptians as far back as 6000 years ago, much of which is also in the Q'uran, which was written some 5300 later.

Historians are also aware of The Library of Alexandria, which was known to be one of the great storehouses of ancient knowledge. The Library was destroyed some 60 years after the rise of Islam, and there is ample evidence to suggest it was the work of Islam. It is widely believed that their Destruction of the Library was an effort to destroy all ancient knowledge that would either contradict the teachings of Islam, or to destroy the evidence of the source of it's knowledge.

    Read a real book sometime.

    Okay.
A few things come to mind. First of all, this is riddled with grammatical and spelling errors. On the other hand, that sort of contributes to the edgy tone of your writing. The thing is, though, you'll need to master grammar to be a professional writer. Then, if you want, you can purposefully "break the rules" on compositions where it helps to bring home your point.

Secondly, some of the rhymes seem to be a bit forced. For example:
"…from the ones who wear a wig to the ones who buy the fig instead if picking and the sickn'thedying say different from the ones who are trying to make money from the ones who worship a bunny, you think its funny but the drain thats runny…"

It's not that bad, but it's not as good as most of the rest. It just needs a little more refinement. To be a writer, in a way you'll have to be your own worst critic and be able to see something that's just not quite good enough. Then, beat yourself up to improve it.

On a positive note, I could see this as a rap song, or something like that. Writing music can be a lucrative and rewarding career.

There's this song called "Spirit In The Sky" and it's written by Norman Greenbaum. Basically, he makes so much money every year from royalties off that song…he doesn't need to do anything else. He lives off the money he gets from writing that one song!!!

Overall, this is very good. I didn't want to tell you that until the end, though, because you need to heed what I told you above. Keep doin' it…I want to read more of your stuff.
