Five Charged In School Corruption Case

Federal prosecutors contend Danny Lee Langley and Earl Rhodes helped a Johnston County thatch executive win several projects in a money kickback scheme.
Contractors Pamela Turner and David Tedder, both of Selma, have already pleaded guilty in a case. Turner, owners of All American Roofing and Construction, pled guilty to structuring exchange to hedge stating requirements. Tedder pled guilty to swindling to dedicate bribery.
Also charged with deterrent in creation a fake statements to a sovereign representative is Jimmie Farmer of Goldsboro. Farmer is a executive of growth and reserve during Goldsboro Housing Authority. He is indicted of formulating and backdating bid papers and fibbing to a feds.
