Augusto Roofing, “Your Hurricane Proofer Roofer!” No job to small or too… Please help to answer the question about flat roof contractorHow much, on average, does it cost to replace a roof?
The roof in my bedroom (which measures approximately 14' x 14') is leaking. I've had 5 contractors out to give estimates. I'm getting vastly different opinions on what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Two roofers said it can be repaired at a cost of less than $800. 3 have said that the roof needs to be replaced and have given estimates of $5,000 to $5,800. Now, I don't know anything about roofing, but to me that seems awfully high. It's only 1 room. It currently has a metal roof, and the roof over that room is flat. My sister's house is 3x the size of mine and it cost her less than $6000 to cover her old roof with a new one, and she used top-of-the-line shingles. So how can one room cost 5 grand? I suspect that these guys are trying to screw me over because I don't have a husband. Another roofer is coming on Monday and I want to know how to handle this. Please help!

Its difficult to say no to loved ones. But he is an addict, and addicts cannot be trusted. The only thing he cares about is getting money for his next fix. He manipulates, lies, cheats, and steals. The family needs to have an intervention. Everyone must agree not to help him, and let him hit rock bottom or he'll never get better. The family is the enabling him to continue to be an addict. And he will never stop using you all while he is actively using drugs. Its sad and heartbreaking, but you cannot help him doing what you are doing. Good luck!

Any Care Plan follows four steps
Assess = what is the problem
Plan = How can it be solved
Implement = action the plan
Evaluate = Has it solved it
this means that it is a cycle and REMEMBER to regularly update i.e. renew plan at regular intervals or when something changes.
your Client has the following problems and you need a care plan for each problem
Mobility = first get a referral for a new wheelchair from OT or equivalent for your country
Pain = review of analgesia by doctor or referral to pain management team for his area
IDDM= Introduction of Diabetic Liaison Nurse and Dietic Liaison plus a possible review of insulin
Hypertension = review of medication by doctor
Anxiety = review of methods used to reduce levels of stress plus a general review from family doctor
Financial= referral to social services
Housing = Referral to Social Services
In short your Client requires what is known as a Multi Disciplinary Approach. No one professional group could tackle all of his needs.
