MORE paving stones have been stolen from York.

Thieves struck in Jameson Terrace off Albemarle Road, nearby Knavesmire, on Wednesday.

It is a latest in a array of such thefts, following identical ones in Holgate and off Fishergate.

City of York Council has asked internal residents to phone military if they trust some-more mill is being stolen.

Martin Horner, a council’s conduct of polite engineering, said: “Council teams can be simply identified since they will arrive during a site of work in a City of York Council liveried car and
will be means to yield explanation of identification.”

Oddly adequate we saw numbers of group though liveried vehicles or high vis jackets operative on Lendal Library Square usually usually dual weeks ago though suspicion that had there been anything peculiar a legislature would have noticed!!!
