Weber Spirit E310 Grill Is Durable & Reliable

The Weber Spirit E310 is one level up from the Spirit E210 and not as basic. The grills are very similar and therefore so are the reviews, but the Spirit E310 does have a couple of features that are superior to that of the E210.

Firstly, the Spirit E310 has 3 rugged stainless steel burners which provide you 36,000 BTU versus the 26,000 BTU of the E210. The next difference is that the Weber E310 has a primary cooking area of 424 sq. inches, which is 74 sq. inches bigger than that of the Spirit E210. The warming rack is a 112 sq inches which gives you a total cooking area of 536 sq. inches. Below the 424 sq. inch porcelain-enameled cooking grate is the flavorizer bars, which are great for adding flavor to your meat and reducing flare ups.

This model is available in various black & stainless combinations with either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane gas.The gas tank for the LP version is stored neately out of sight in a special enclosed tank storage area (tank is not included). Some other features include the porcelain-enameled shroud that won’t fade or peel or a stainless steel shroud, both with a center mounted thermometer. There is a stainless steel work surface on both sides of the grill, but only one of the surfaces can be used for grilling accessories. The other surface has all the control knobs mounted on top of it. The thermostat is also a really nice feature and you will always know the grill’s temperature.
